Just call me little Niki....

I am Niki. I am 41 years old. After taking anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medications, I was left at 189 pounds, 42% body fat, and struggling to fit into a size 16-18. 3 - You can't breathe through your nose with your tongue out.
4 - You just tried number 3.

6 - When you did number 3, you realized it's possible, only you look like a dog.
7 - You're smiling right now, because you are fooled.

8 - You skipped number 5.
9 - You just checked to see if there's a number 5.

Hi there! emoticon
Congratulations on your incredible determination and weight loss! I was really impressed by all the cardio and weights you did daily. Appreciated your blog showing the weekly stats and could see how staying at a certain caloric range and upping the exercise made a difference in your weight loss, so thanks for posting that.
I am getting back on track after regaining all of my weight and have been looking for blogs to motivate me and your story really does that! emoticon
Have added you as a spark friend if that is ok... emoticon
