My Goals:
I think I have set some pretty good goals for myself.. I am trying to be realistic and face each day with a new change. The first day is the hardest. I would like to lose 20lbs by Christmas. I feel once I see I am headed for sucess then the long term goal of at least 70lbs will be coming to me alot easier than starting all over.

My Program:
My program is to deal with all my obstacles 1 day at a time. The 1st and hardest for me is the fact that I have 2 smal grandbabies living with me now and they have never been taught anything about eating healthy. I do have 1 asset in this my youngest daughter is in college getting her LPN certification and she helps me out alot with making healthy changes and choices.

Hi Kathy!
I saw your huddle- that you need motivation... I don't know how but just know that you are very worth the effort that can feel like is getting you no where. All your efforts no matter how small or seemingly insignificant eventually will make a difference. I always think of how slowly the weight creeps on. Remember the healthly benefits will stay with you too, I've been on this life journey ALL my life- its worth paying attention to. I always think no matter how bad things seem they always can get WORSE! Give yourself a hug- permission to make the changes YOU WANT and go get it! You can do it! emoticon
