Lose Big with Me!!!

I am trying to get back to a healthy weight which means I need to lose about 70 pounds. Hopefully within a year I can be there. Any helpful tips or healthy recipes will be greatly appreciated. I would also like some pointers from other parents with picky eaters and how you stay eating healthy when they just want junk.

Thanks for visiting my Sparks Page. I have a 5 yr old picky eater at home and decided to reduce the snack brought into the house despite her desires. I only buy fruit, fruit snacks, granola bars, and italian ice cups... no more chips, donuts, chocolate. That way I can resist what I buy and her choices of junk are smaller. She really doesn't seem to mind as long as she can find something... Best of luck! If it is a good decision for you, it is a good decision for everyone. Enjoy the journey!

thanks for commenting on my blog, it made me feel a lot better! and i certainly wouldnt want to feel like i cant have a certain food either. i can still eat doritos, but i guess i just left out the part where i ate A LOT of them! also, sorry i haven't posted that recipe yet, i'll get on that!
