My Goals:
To eat healthier and drink enough water. I am now trying to get a l00 day exercise streak.

9/8/10 lost 20 lbs.

l2/21/10 lost 30 lbs.

l/9/11 lost 35 lbs.

I have begun my program again on 2/1/14. I want to lose 4 - 8 pounds per month.
Feb. 192.4 lbs.

My Program:
I have increased my exercise time to 45 minutes per day.
I am usually drinking 4 cups of water per day - need to increase it to 8 or more
I am increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables I am eating.

Personal Information:
My name is Alice and I am a substitute teacher that lives in Iowa. I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Other Information:
I love to read books such as Danielle Steele and Nora Roberts. That is my favorite leisure time activity. I have 2 children.
A daughter who is 21 and a son who is l5.

They have changed the way a leader can contact members of the team. If you are not active on a team for 30 days are more a team leader can not send you a spark goodie I do not think you will receive messages from the team either but I have not received a confirmation on that. However, the changes will make it less and less likely I will be able to communicate with less active members. At this point we only have 6 active members 4 of which have visited the team because I was able to contact them recently. I feel these changes have thrown up one more obstacle to helping build the team. I will see how things go over the next couple of weeks but I may end up ending the team in the event the members fall to 2 or less active members. Thanks for your continued support.
