FFFF~FIT AND FAB BY 44...MY NEW MOTTO THIS YR...BDAY IS 7/25
Hello, I have been a large woman all my adult life, and I figured it is time for me to put an end to it...I am the mother of 2 lil boys and I need to set a healthy lifestyle for them as well...So far, I have lost 123lbs. My goal is to lose another 13lbs . It gets harder and harder it seems as I get smaller...those darn plateaus...but I have not given up and have learned to be patient and mix it up when the plateaus hit.

October 27, 2008- I am a size 8 in pants, small in blouses and jackets, size 6 in dresses...mind you the only size 8 I ever saw in my past was in a shoe size..by the way, I am a size 7 now in shoes. I decided my ultimate goal is to be a size 6 in pants/jeans...So if I reach that size before my weight goal, I will be extremely happy. I am gonna shoot for my goal before my 40th b-day which is July 25, 2009!!! I can do this!!!

My Goals:
My goals are to set an example to others and remain healthy...Who would have thought that I would ever love to exercise or eat healthier...definitely not me...I have really changed in the last 2 1/2 yrs, and I'M LOVING IT!!!
My Program:
If I am not at the gym faithfully, I am doing a workout video, or lifting weights at my house...I try to stay active on a regular basis...
