Attempt #2 Is going to stick!
Coming back was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I had this this...I left and I gained back 30lbs of the over 100lbs I lost. So here I am 2 pants sizes higher, a return of anxiety and other health issues. So Today is the day to start it all again. Kick the last 50lbs, get back to feeling great both physically and mentally!! One Step at a time...one day at a time!

My Goals:
#1 Goal- Exercise everday for 21 days to make it a habit. 30-60 minutes a day. #2- Goal- 10lbs down. #3- Goal- Be able to run 3 miles again. #4- Goal- 10lbs down (20 total) #5- Goal- Have little, managable anxiety. #6- Goal- 10lbs down (30lbs total) #7-Goal- Wear old clothing #8-Goal- Get below lowest weight (179)
My Program:
Drink water. Exercise daily. No Soda. No junk. Lean meats, whole grain and fresh freggies. No milk in my case as I have recently discovered I am very lactose intolerant!
