Ohh Printing the weight tracker is an AWESOME Idea, I think ill do that! I just joined a 5K your way challenge, Get off the couch and walk/jog a 5K in 5 weeks..blah but I need something..lol. I just finished the first 25 Min work out aand Girl...I thought Id die, But I did it and Im still here so I printed some "Runners Yoga " to do with my 1.5 yr old. Best of luck today! WE CAN DO IT!!
