Goal is 146 lbs. and toned

My top weight was 189 lbs. Lost 20 lbs. prior to joining Spark.

Went from 169 lbs. to 143 lbs. between Apt. 2007 and June 2008.

I gained back 10 lbs. since June 2008.
In July 2009 I was touching 160 lbs.
I was 171.8 in June 2010.
Now it is April 2012 and I have been 160.0 since March 20, 2012.

Need to find ways to control stress at new job without eating salty snacks. Stuck at 160.0. ONLY 14 LBS. TO MY GOAL. Got to get busy and do it. ...
