BEING HEALTHY

Hello Everyone!!! My name is Rebecca I'm 33 years old and have been back and forth on Spark People for a while now. I am normaly a healthy eater and do enjoy working out. I have always been a Non-healthy - Healthy person, You know the type who eats junky, smokes, drinks, works out and still seems to be healthy?! well thats me in a nut shell, at 5'3 I've fluctuated between 130-155lbs and 24 BMI in the last 10 years. Hello Everyone!!! My name is Rebecca I'm 33 years old and have been back and forth on Spark People for a while now. I am normaly a healthy eater and do enjoy working out. I have always been a Non-healthy - Healthy person, You know the type who eats junky, smokes, drinks, works out and still seems to be healthy?! well thats me in a nut shell, at 5'3 I've fluctuated between 130-155lbs and 24 BMI in the last 10 years. Now this isn't a terrible thing but in those ten years i have had done yo yo diets, Pills, worked out like a mad woman for 2 weeks than do nothing for two months. And I have had a goal of 125Lb for 10 years!!! yes for 10 years i have had this magic number in my mind haunting me everywhere I go.

I have been in the Navy these last 14 years, and yes we exercise but its Not the Marines! LOL. I have a desk job now and it has done a number on my bottom side, well actualy all my sides! let me tell you! When I hit 30, this was "My Year!" well that year has come and gone. I have had it!!! I can either sit at my desk and do nothing or i can go out and get it! I cant wait for my friends, cow-workers (spelled wrong?) Loved ones to get on my wagon with me, I have to drive it all my self!!! so here i GO!!!!!!
