Hello :) I signed up to sparkpeople in '06 and then promptly forgot about it. Now, nearly 3 years later, I realized that I'm still at the same place I was back then. So as of Mid August '09, I've decided to become dedicated to this site and to getting myself on track. I don't really have a lot of weight to lose -- it's all about toning my body in the right places and making a conscious effort to eat a balanced diet and get regular exercise.
