Remember that drinking water actually speeds the weight loss.
Divide 2 by your body weight and this will give you the ounces of water to drink everyday. This is what I do and you will see results. So drink up!!!
Our you eating the right fruits and vegetables that help with the weight loss?
Also, portions is very important. Even though you are full you do have to eat your 3 meals. When I don't fill like eating I do eat a fruit which will be an apple or drink 100% fruit juice which I like the V8 Fusion Strawberry/Banana 100% juice. Eating vegetables of your liking.
Don't give up it will get better and you will then will see results.
There are times that I don't lose no weight until the next month. I just keep doing what I do in portion eating, fruits and vegetable s, drinking my water. Every nite I drink me a cup of green tea before I go to bed.
