Don't be sad hun! Remember -- down is down! Even .2 is down! At least you didn't gain, you're giong in the right direction! Best thing you can do if you're stressing about it is to review what you did/didn't do last week. Maybe you can find a common denominator on weeks you don't feel successful, and work on that!
I lost 4.5 pounds then gained 3.8 of it back, so I feel your pain - but after being honest on my food tracker I know why. Just keep pushing!
