Start off on the right track to learning how to eat healthier. Lessen the addiction to sugar my body seems to have.
Signing up on this site is a step in the right direction. My goal is to track everything I eat (good or bad days) and exercise a least some everyday.
I am a mom of two wonderful boys (12 & 9) . I have been overweight all of my life, but am going to change that right now. It is hard watching my mother go through knee replacement, hip replacement, and back surgery. I want to break the chain for my boys and myself and avoid these situations. My father and brother are also diabetics and I want to avoid this at all costs. I have to be responsible for my own health and learn to take care of myself and not just everyone around me.
