    First of all thanks to the kind posts I've received. I already feel comfortable with this group of fine people that are all here for one reason and not to judge one another...
    This is my second week and I've been doing well I think I've lost 4 Lbs since I began and I'll weigh again tomorrow. i love reading all the great advice, tips, recipes, and encouragement is here for sure when I need it and i will I know!
    Also:I want to say i am so proud of myself!!!
    Today on my recumbent bike I took it up a notch (harder to pedal) like going uphill for the 15 min. recommended in my step2. It was really tough but I did it and as I was going along I noticed I can check my mileage so I pedaled even more and made it to 3miles in 15 minutes!!! Not so bad for a 53 year old very obese lady huh!! Wahoo!!!
