Good Morning Kristin, I tell you I've been staying in my calorie range and like you it feels like all we do is read everything to be sure(Mad Chemist) HeHE. But seriously I'm gaining 2-3 pounds back and worth I'll lose it then 3 days later gained it. I'm frustrated! I know I need to get this big ol body moving! What are some of the exercises that helped you out in the beginning. My sister keeps saying walking well, that one is hard for me with my knees most of the time. Thanks for listening.
