Need to lose weight & Get Healthy
All through the years I have yo-yo dieted so I am ready for a life time change. With the help of SP & the many people I have met & will meet, I know I will get healthy & lose weight once & for all. It will be good to be accountable to other people.

My Goals:
I need to weigh 140 by May 2013 for health reasons. I now weigh 184 lbs.
My Program:
I exercise 3 times a week & I eat more fruits, veggies, fish & chicken than I did previous to signing up with SparkPeople.
Personal Information:
I am from Arvada, Co. which is a suberb of Denver, Co. I go to Golden church of Christ in Golden, Co. I am 65 years old, My cholesterol is high & my thyroid is out of whack. I am married to a wonderful man who supports my weight loss. I have 3 children, 3 step-children, 7 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren & 2 step-great grandchildren. I love the Lord & get into His Word & pray daily.
Other Information:
I read Christian books. My favorite Scripture is: I can do all things through Christ, Who strengthens me.
