Lose to Cruise!!

Well, here goes nothing...
My name is April and I'm 28 years. I have been overweight for most of my life and I am done with it. My motivation isn't for weightloss completely, although that will be a bonus.. it is for my overall health. I am a single mother of a very active 2 year old and would love to be able to keep up with her like she wants me to. I have tried and failed many times to lose weight, but for some reason, I think this is my time to shine. I will need lots of support ...

Training 3-4 times a week to build up to a half marathon

Every other month I also plan on joining challenges on spark people to keep me going (may even do one every month)


Track my calories every day and try my best to make healthy choices and not beat myself up if I don't.

Sorry, I dont know how i missed your comment on my page. I actually got one of those from my work for doign a free health screening ( i work for a hospital so they are always trying to get us to try new health/ fitness things). I'm just waiting for it to come in the mail, once it does i may have to send some questions your way =).

Thanks for the fitbit minutes tip! I am loving the sleep tracker it says I have 98% effective sleep haha .. probably because by the time I get to bed I collapse like a log!! :)
