Time to Lose!

I was always athletic and active but have struggled since my mid 20s to maintain a healthy weight. Now its time for permanent change and a return to the body I used to have but didn't appreciate !I have made a valiant effort but alas, have not seen results yet.
I do notice a big difference in the frequency of my migraines however, and a bit more energy throughout the day.
So... I will keep my eye on the prize and keep moving!

My Goals:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day (This one's easy!)

Eat between 1200-1550 calories a day (less is NOT more!)

Exercise at least 5 days a week.
* Complete Bootcamp videos every day!

My Program:
Cardio or circuit training 30-60 mins. a day 5-6 days a week.
NEW GOAL: find a way to complete cardio w/ no impact! Supplement however I can.




Personal Information:
I live in Virginia where I am a teacher. I had gotten into really great shape this summer but went completely downhill very quickly in the first 2 months of school.

Other Information:
I am proudly married to a professional firefighter. We are the extremely proud "parents" of the cutest basset hound ever. I love to walk her although it is not a vigorous exercise :)
