Make it fun
Starting over. I bought a new digital scale that agrees with my doctors. Unfortunately, this one puts me up 8 pounds. So, I am resetting my weight ticker. Am 63, 5'2, 136. I feel good and look good but with knee pain, I want to get down to 125.
