    Hello Lorraine!! I'm just checking in to see if you are still active??!! Just give me a shout. I read your help on the Kettlebell challenge team, so I thought a nice person as this, to take the time to share the real way to do kb, should be befriended. THanks again for your instruction.     Hey how are you doing? From the pic of your arm I 'd say your doing very well...I should be so lucky. Anyway I have a question 2 actually ...I am wondering what a 37# 26# and 12# are these references to the size kettlebell your using or is it the number of reps your doing on the ab coaster? I just ordered one and I'd like to know if you started working out with your ab coaster and if you think it is a good workout that will give results. emoticon

    I know where you are coming from on the belly. Since I've been losing weight is it coming down and for that I am truly grateful!

    I am deadlifting a 37# and swinging with the 26#. Just today the doc started me doing single arm swings with a 12#.

    Have one last workout session with personal trainer tomorrow then I am on my own at the "Y" with the strength training. I now have a TRX in the basement & will need to continue to do the exercises doc taught me on that, and then go through the DVD, "All Body Xpress Workout" and see what it is like. He also wants me to take a kettlebell class from him which I am considering for at least once a week and then do what I can on my own at home. But will have to see what weight of kettlebell to purchase. My guess is the 26#, and maybe another but don't know.

    Have a great week, and continue to workout, and hopefully ease back into it. emoticon emoticon
