To tone my body and to do that I need to start incorporating exercise and strength training activites into my daily regimen.
To have a positive body image of myself always no matter what size I am.
I chose a general "healthy weight" for my body's height. I looked up how many calories to maintain that "healthy weight" and that's the calorie range I eat within and it's plenty of food for me. I walk as much as I can and am looking forward to starting to add more challenging toning activities to my daily routine.

HI Lorraann big hugs, thanks for stopping by my page, I had several rough years, starting back in 2011, heart ablation that didn't work, blood clot, etc, two shoulder surgeries, etc . have gained up to 208 , lost my muscle in more ways than one :) and motivation , well yes and no have a lot of health issues ( neurological ) one of these days I will kick myself into gear. I am on vacation at present for the very first time in New England, visiting my friend Sue and her family , I am on Cape Cod, tomorrow going to RI to visit my friend Lisa, Thursday going to CT to visit my friend Tony.
