My Goals:
i would like to be healthy 12/25/08 i should be 175lbs by march 20/09 i should be 150lbs.

My Program:
do swimsuit boot camp. eat healthy do a lot of walking and also learning how to read food lables i also do every one of the coach videos.

i am from nyc also am a born again christian 56 years old mother of five and work in a hospital.

Oi! Stick in there, u will lose wieght, ive been at ti for a week straight then nyam plenty food on the weekend and not a result but we have to keep at it and just get better at it becasue determination is definitly NOT something I am good at already. I lost some weight and then put it back on btu im not changing my marker on spark cause by the end fo this week I want to be back down there. Com'mon! Btw wut were in JA for, saw ure post somewhere just now, I am from Antigua but at uni in Wales of all places. Heading home soon n the swimsuits r simply not callin my name nytime soon lol. :D
