I want to be healthy. I want to normalize my blood pressure, lose 2 dress sizes at least, and be able to keep up with my husband or maybe even challenge him to keep up with me!
I've given up fast food - I haven't touched the stuff for at least 2 months. I've also started cooking more mediterranean style with whole grains, veggies and olive oil.

I sure am tracking my food. I have gone off sugar for 2 weeks and I'm actually having a hard time hitting my calories. I didn't break 1,000 yesterday and I felt like I was eating all the time. It's really weird.
