My Goals:
I want to be healthy. I want to normalize my blood pressure, lose 2 dress sizes at least, and be able to keep up with my husband or maybe even challenge him to keep up with me!

My Program:
I've given up fast food - I haven't touched the stuff for at least 2 months. I've also started cooking more mediterranean style with whole grains, veggies and olive oil.

Personal Information:
I'm from Utah and would love to take advantage of our beautiful outdoors lto help me reach my goals.

Other Information:
It's incredibly easy to get caught up in an activity trap, in the busy-ness of life, to work harder and harder at climbing the ladder of success only to discover it's leaning against the wrong wall.

I sure am tracking my food. I have gone off sugar for 2 weeks and I'm actually having a hard time hitting my calories. I didn't break 1,000 yesterday and I felt like I was eating all the time. It's really weird. emoticon

This looks like a kick butt all over toning workout, I might try it out. I'm going to run in a marathon relay! 4.2 miles! I'm going to start training this week. I'm so excited!!! :)
