I want to be healthy. I want to normalize my blood pressure, lose 2 dress sizes at least, and be able to keep up with my husband or maybe even challenge him to keep up with me!
I've given up fast food - I haven't touched the stuff for at least 2 months. I've also started cooking more mediterranean style with whole grains, veggies and olive oil.

You do 10K steps every morning? Dude, that's like 4 miles? How long does it usually take you? I'd be walking for like and hour and a half. I'm a nerd and I calculated how many miles 10K steps is according to my pace :)
Weekends are the devil, aren't they!? We always noticed that (from our little weight losss competition) when we came back to work on Monday, we were always higher than we were on Friday. How bout just Friday morning weigh ins? (Before happy hour of course!)
