Forever Young....
Hi. I recently turned 50 feeling great. After my birthday I promptly gained 20 pounds and started struggling with body aches, poor eating habits, clothes that don't fit, and self esteem that I don't want to own. I'm not ready to look or act 50, whatever that means. So I'm here, trying to lose 20 lbs, trying to exercise/stretch/strength train myself to a less achy self, and wanting to reclaim my self esteem. My Program:
Be more conscious of what I put in my body. Exercise 45-60 min 5 days/week. Journal daily Stay positive! Don't let anyone bring you down!
Personal Information:
My name is Lori, I am 50 years young, I live in Sacramento and am a single mom of a 16 year old son. I am a psychiatric social worker and love my career. I love to read, hang with my son and our 2 big dogs, spend time at the ocean, and just hang out at home with friends.
Other Information:
Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired. Don't be fooled by the calendar. THere are only as many days in the year as you make use of. The difference between "try" and "triumph is a little "umph"
