i will do cardio 6 times a week for 90 minutes a day. i will strength train 3 times a week.
eating healthy this time is my goal. i am changing the way i think about food. this will be a permanent change. after i lose the weight, i will not go back to eating the "old" way. healthy eating is for me and my family from here on out.
