5 lbs- head scratcher/massager(done) 7 lbs- resistance bands/swiss ball (done) 10 lbs- new exercise outfit(done) 12 lbs-top seller book 15lbs- new shirt 17 lbs- new jeans/pants 20 lbs- shoes 22 lbs- elliptical machine or bike
My Program:
i will do cardio 6 times a week for 90 minutes a day. i will strength train 3 times a week. eating healthy this time is my goal. i am changing the way i think about food. this will be a permanent change. after i lose the weight, i will not go back to eating the "old" way. healthy eating is for me and my family from here on out.
