My Goals:
My main goal is to be within an acceptable weight range and physically fit by my 50th birthday (4/24/2014). I got this!!
My Program:
1. Track every bite that I eat..."If you BITE it, WRITE it!" 2. Working through Level 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, supplemented by water aerobics at my gym.
Personal Information:
I'm grew up in upstate New York, but I've lived in the Raleigh, NC area with my husband and son since 1998. I am the proud canine Mom to Oreo. I'm a former business/computer teacher now working as a career counselor to high school students.
