My Goals:
My goal is to lose thirty pounds...(woo hoo already lost 10!) by Christmas! My education goals...hmmmm...I get my AA on Oct 5 in accounting, and then amm continuing for my Bachelors in business.

My Program:
I bring a healthy lunch breakfast ad snack everyday to work. Also at work, I have a styrofome cup (a new one everyday) and I decorate it. Everytime I finish a glass of water, I give myself a star on top!! I feel very motivated!

Lori, Thanks for the sunshine. It's always a welcome sight these days. Spring takes sooo long to burst through here in NE PA. Luckily, we dodged the snow bullet today. We only got 4", instead of the 10+ people got not more than 2 hrs away. When I stepped on the scale this morning, I was pleasantly surprised. I knew it would come, but it was being belligerent in coming. I've learned you loose wait when your body is willing to give it up, just as long as your eating healthy and getting in your exercise, or "activity". I'm not doing anything momentous, simply plodding along on it's slowly and surely working it's way off.

You're doing great yourself.... Hang in there. You'll break through the 140#-- this week???? Why not!!! (Keep in touch).
