ANU Weigh Of Life

I had bariatric surgery on 10/11/2004 and would like to lose the last 8-10 pounds. I continue to exercise 3-4 times per week and track everything I eat daily. Some days I make good choices and some days not, but I try not to beat myself up anymore.

Welcome to Spark People, and thanks for joining the team-- you won't find much happening there, but if you want to connect with others who have had bariatric, I suggest you check out the "Introduce yourself" forum and look for the link to "Dieting after gastric bypass" which is a very active group and very supportive.

Congrats on your successes so far!!

Nikki
