My goals are to make healthier choices, like eat more fruit and veggies and drink 8oz, of water a day. I also want to include fitness.

My name is Lori. I am 40(something) emptynester. I have 2 kids (23 & 19) who are both on their own. My husband of 24 years and I still like each other (most of the time), so we are looking forward to the journey ahead.

Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with friends, chocolate, beer and coffee. (Not necessarily in that order). I also like to scrapbook, read, watch football and shop with my best friend.
