UPDATE: 5/10/10 I have lost some of the weight (10lb) and I regained it all back. It is hard for me to keep it off and since I was not exercising for two months it does feel bad. So last weekend I have started exercising and training for upcoming 5k Run. Decided to go to the gym and probably will be taking a personal trainer I really want to loose the weight this year and need to work very hard for this. (Want my Coach purse as well if I get to 150lb).

I just need to realize that I am HUGE the way I am right now. I just got used to being big that I stopped focusing that I just really look BIG. I really need to loose weight and maintain it all the time. I hope that soon I will be slimmer and much healthier. I need to learn make healthy decisions and keep my appetite a little smaller. Hope to get back on track again in this coming year 2010 and start a big change in my life. I want to feel great about myself and this is the year of my big changes.

Eat 1200 Calories
Minimize sweets
Eat more fruits and veggies.
Eat Breakfast!!!
NEAD-No Eating After Dinner.
Consume water and that is included in healthy juices and tea.
Exercise everyday and do intense exercise every other day.

Enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy reading Bible, singing, and going to church. I am very happy that God has found me to serve Him and I am blessed by Him. I have a wonderful family and I thank Him for that.
