My Goals:
Reach my goal weight before my 50th birthday this year!
My Program:
I currently have a membership at a local gym that I am using for workouts, however in nice weather I also love to walk in the many parks in our area.
Other Information:
Christian wife, mother of 5 & grandmother of 2. In addition to God & my family, I also love photography, traveling & gardening.
