My Goals:
I'd like to get back in shape, have more energy, and wear my fabulous clothes again! My goals are to weigh 140 pounds by New Year's, to wear a bikini next summer, to run the equivalent of a 5K (not sure if I'll actually enter a race or not) and to learn to cook healthy foods that my roommates, my boyfriend and I will love.

My Program:
I'm using the SparkPeople food and fitness tracker for Android to keep an eye on what I'm eating, and staying between 1200 - 1550 calories a day. I'm also working in exercise wherever i can, and getting more active!

Other Information:
I love music. I'm a huge choral music nerd, and I listen to anything that makes me smile. Right now I'm really enjoying Ingrid Michaelson, Vampire Weekend, and of course Lady Gaga. Oh, and the Sugar Hill Gang rocks my freakin world.

I'm also a huge fan of movies, especially comedy and anything Disney.

I freakin love board games, everything from Trivial Pursuit and Monopoly to Last Night On Earth and Settlers of Catan (the best game ever).

I like to cook, swim, and collect vinyl records. I also like watching ridiculous TV and going on adventures and day trips.

Hey girl. C25K is great! It's hard work but it really prepares you for the next week. I use a podcast I found online. The woman who made them plays music and then she tells you when to walk and when to run. So you don't have to look at any clocks! Which is so great for me because numbers are huge demotivators to me.
