    That's one of them! In fact, it's the one I was going to recommend. I've had that for a few months now and really enjoy it. Did it yesterday and am feeling it today. It's truly total body.

    I now own all of hers and am almost embarrassed to say that the ones for strength with like 2 lb weights knock me on my butt! I'm getting better, but I have to drop the weights part way through. Still, amazing workouts though. I ordered mine from Amazon, but not sure if the price at Collage is cheaper or not. Reviews there are as high as Collage. I totally enjoy her workouts.

    I loved the new Sherlock Holmes movies! I was leery at first, but omg, they did an awesome job!

    I started SP at my highest weight ever (and was slightly mortified and a little desperate at the time). Patience and tracking (food & exercise) is what it takes.

    Exercise DVDs and bad toes. I love yoga, but I'd also recommend any of the Ellen Barrett dvds. I now have all of them and they are my favorites. They are all done barefoot and combine pilates, yoga, low impact cardio and some dance moves (mostly from ballet). You'll tone, stretch and get some cardio in, all without shoes.
