starting over again...

I want to look in the mirror and see how much better I look, and think the working out and sweating has paid off! So here I go again after being a slacker for awhile, but by the numbers on the scale I paid for it in pounds. I recently cleaned out our unfinished basement and put some carpet down there, a stand with my tv, dvd player, workout dvds, and misc. exercise equipment, and a little table and chair for my 2 year old son who is home with me during the day and misc. table activities for ...

I recently cleaned out our unfinished basement and put some carpet down there, a stand with my tv, dvd player, workout dvds, and misc. exercise equipment, and a little table and chair for my 2 year old son who is home with me during the day and misc. table activities for him to keep busy. Hopefully having a place to workout in besides my living room(where the couch and misc. household chores are quite distracting)will help me move forward with this weight loss challenge.

My Goals:
exercise for any amount of time each day, and start every day on a clean note, if I had a bad day I will not let it determine how well I do or do not do the next, I will make small changes to my diet so I can ease my body into better eating instead of jumping right in and hating it.

My Program:
To make small changes that I can live with all the time to help me be on a life style change instead of my start a diet get sick of it and quit routine.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of four children ages 2 to 13, my husband works a lot and I am a stay at home mom which is rewarding but also a very stressful job. I used to work as a phelbotomist at a local hospital and I loved it and one day when my little guy is headed to school i to will be headed back to work, while I was pregnant with my last child I earned my medical assistant . Now i want to graduate at losing all this extra weight that is a constant bother and worry to me.

Other Information:
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.

Cardio??? Well I have been trying to add more in each week. I have Leslie Sansone 2mile dvd that I use ocasionally. Looking at your busy schedule I shouldn't have any excuses, but I do work 8 hours a day, single mom of one, it's so hard to get in at the end of the day because I'm just tired. Yes be happy with the inches, every inch counts towards your goal.
