1. Lose to a healthy weight. 2. Get my sugar under control. 3. Exercise on a regular basis.
I am making a conscious effort to eat healty and exercise.
I have a lot of hobbies and interests. I love to read Christian Fiction, and to do in depth Bible Studies. I sew, quilt, scrapbook, do photography, and craft. I love sudoku puzzles. Music is a HUGE part of my life.
Today is the beginning of a new week. There are so many opportunities to be healthier for us to chose. Let's make this week a, "I am making the best healthy me." No more wishing--today is the day to just do it!!!
Today is Sunday, a day of rest, relaxation and time to refuel for the week. Yet, many people are stressed out. According to our life instruction manual, the Bible, we need to rest today. I am hoping that you are doing just that.
We have a full week ahead of us. If we are rested it will be a much easier week. Besides that, we will make better decisions, have more patience and most of all, enjoy our week a lot more.
If your not resting, please take some time to so. It is a way to take care of yourself, as well as showing others that you see yourself as someone of value and worth.
