It's All About Lifestyle!

I have come to the realization that I am always trying to please someone else... maybe someone at work, or a family member. Its so engrained in my personality. And so i never seem to find time for me....but the need is great! I need to begin this new adventure into learning more about Lori and the thin person within.

My Program:
I have been on a weight-loss program through a local clinic, that uses HMR meal replacements. I was initially very successful. Now however, I am really struggling to maintain such a program that is so limiting. So I am working on moving to a Mediterranean Diet lifestyle for both myself and my husband.
