I'm Back Again and 2013 Will be my year!
Seems like all I ever do is start over, but at least that has kept me from gaining all of my weight back. I am hoping that this will be the start that continues for the rest of my life.
I have been on SparkPeople since Jan. 2007. I started here at 276 lbs, but had lost 18 lbs from Nov 2006 to Jan 2007 before starting SP, I saw how close I was to 300lbs at a whopping 294 lbs. I refused to get there!! And have been working at it ever since. I need to lose 20 more lbs and I ...

I need to lose 20 more lbs and I wont be considered Obese, I will just be overweight...which will eventually lead to having Healthy BMI.

My Goals:
My goal is to feel better about myself and others.
My weight loss goal is to lose 5 lbs a month until I am no longer overweight.
My Program:
I am eating a low calorie- low carb diet right now. I am eating carbs again, but only the good carbs, lots of fruits and vegetables (8-10 servings a day) and plenty of whole grains along with my low calorie meals and snacks.
Personal Information:
49 year old mother of 3, grandmother of 6. I have a loving husband and many friends who are very supportive of me and stand by me no matter what. I don't think I could have made it this far without the support and encouragement they have given me.
Other Information:
I lived in Vegas, NV from 1968 until May of 2010 when I moved to Albuquerque, NM.
