I am 55 single I want to make a lifestyle change, to improve health and flexability. need motivation from others, I work in the mental health field, I like exercing on the treadmill and plan to add pilates to my exercise routine. I have lost 26 pounds before joining spark. I want to meet my goal weight of 110.

My Program:
diet stay within 1500 calories a day
exercise 70 min of cardio
treadmill at 3.7 miles per hour 5 times a week,
Plan to add pilates on the ball video 1 times a week. burn at least 525 calories a day

single women from southern Illinois, lived in elgin ill. for most of my life. grandmother of two, one child. I work in the mental health field.
