I am looking to establish good habits not only for myself, but also to support and encourage others around that also want to establish good habits. Changes are so much easier to make when you have help around you and I want to be a good example for my hubby, family, friends and co-workers.

My Goals:
Establish healthier eating habits. Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks per day.
Review Nutrition information to make sure what I think is healthy is actually healthy.
Stick with a work-out schedule whether I want to work out or not.

Consistantly working out whether I feel like it or not.

My Program:
I track my meals and workouts every day. Its amazing to recognize your own bad habits when you are aware of what you are actually doing.
