My Goals:
To lose weight in order to feel better, reduce acid reflux problems, get off cholesterol drugs, lower my blood surgar and diminish IBS problems.

My Program:
Tracking calories and adding exercise.

Personal Information:
I am a happily married Christian man with 5 children. My wife's name is Colleen, my children are Grady (25), Chelsa(23), Emily(18), Aubrey(13) and Isaac(11). We home school. I farm in Eastern Washington. Currantly I farm about 1250 acres of wheat, barley, a few oats and a crop called triticale which is a cross between duram wheat and rye. I also have quite a few acres enrolled in the CRP program. I also work with my brother on our farm/ranch that runs our 400 head of cows. Our annual rain fall is in the 10 to 12" range. My father who is 79 still works nearly every day but not at quite the pace he use to. Other things beside farming that I am involved with are Church, Fire department and EMT voulenteer. We are very involved in our church. I am on our Mission board and my wife is on our worship board. Emily helps with Song Show and power point. I am also the chief of our small all voulunteer fire department. In the spring of '07 Emily and I took the EMT couse and recieved our certif

Just finished corn and beans Friday may 22, good 3 weeks behind. Have one wet hole where I planted the 4 wheel drive tractor and planter one night. I will plant it when it gets real dry, won't make corn but will provide ground shade to cloud out the weeds and grass. Hope you had better luck. Raining again now. Have a great summer. Skeeter
