The Light at the end of the tunnel
My name is Lorelei and I made a New Years Resolution to get healthy. I started by walking 15 minutes on the treadmill every morning and making healthier food choices. I eliminated soda pop from my diet and switched out fattening foods for healthier substitutions. Here it is September 11th, and Here I am 98 pounds lighter. My name is Lorelei and I made a New Years Resolution to get healthy. I started by walking 15 minutes on the treadmill every morning and making healthier food choices. I eliminated soda pop from my diet and switched out fattening foods for healthier substitutions. Here it is September 11th, and Here I am 98 pounds lighter. I am 20 pounds away from my goal, and I have hit a hellucious plateau. But instead of being discouraged at not losing the remaining weight, instead I continue to exercise ( I am up to 45-60 minutes every day on the treadmill now) and I focus instead on my accomplishment. I know the rest will come off in time. And I'm okay with that. I make much better choices ( joining sparkpeople today is one of those)
