Heya, I'm Sean and I'm a nerd...who is more than pleasantly plump. I'm trying to get back to a decent weight of 240 (from 285) and hopefully reduce how much I get sick, as well as develop more respect for myself. I'm working on diet and exercise, coupled with a self-imposed incentive plan for electronics :-) Each 15 lbs. I lose and keep off for a solid week nets me a new toy. Hopefully with this site, the other tools I have and the incentive at the end of the metaphorical rainbow, I'll be able to pull this off.

Close to the first of 3 goals, yes I am. Once I hit my first goal weight, I will maintain it until I quit smoking (down to 10 per day of the lowest tar and niccotine cigarettes available so far). Once I have been cigarette free for two weeks and maintained first goal weight, I will re-set my ticker for the final ten pounds. It's just a plan I know should work for me.
