My goal is to drop the weight, change my lifestyle, and change my attitude.

My Program:
I try to meditate for at least 30 minutes every day. It's getting harder as I add on more activities that will burn calories. Hm... meditate to save my mind or exercise to save my life.

I'm still here! Just have been a bit busier. But still counting, and getting ready to put a new blog piece up soon.

Ive been hitting 8 on more days now. Found myself actually wanting water in the morning. I thought about filling my travel mug with coffee before I left for work, but I wanted water so much I went without it. :D

Water by the bed is smart, and I may have to start doing that myself. I end up getting really thirsty before I run in the morning, so that should help me combat that.

Sorry to hear you got snowed in, but I guess a benefit is that it you get some unavoidable exercise out of it! Things looking okay out there now?

I'm glad to hear it! Now get it up to 8 glasses of water.

I keep a full glass by my bed. I make it a habit to drink one full pint glass of water after my morning weigh-in and I drink another after my morning coffee. I'm a creature of habit/routine and it helps me.

I did make eight that day!

I actually have probably been drinking at least 5-6 glasses of water per day now, up from maybe one previously. So I'm pretty proud of how I'm doing on the water front, haha.

How have you been doing?
