My Program:
I try to meditate for at least 30 minutes every day. It's getting harder as I add on more activities that will burn calories. Hm... meditate to save my mind or exercise to save my life.

After your note on not seeing my ticker, I decided to change it. It now keeps track of where I am on my weight loss journey. I actually think I've lost about 8.5 lbs in the last month. Glenn

Thanks for the treadmill. I don't think anyone's given me one of those before. It's really okay. I started out the day on the wrong foot foodwise, but that very morning got back on track. And then I lost 1.5 lbs by the next day. I appreciate your offer for help anyway. Good luck to you. Glenn
