My Goals:
I am working on getting and maintaining good health. I want to feel good as well as look good. I want to be able to run up a flight of steps, ride a bike around the block, wear size 12 clothes, BE THE BEST I CAN BE.

My Program:
I have done strength and flexibility exercises since the first of the year. (2006)I wish I had known about this site then. I started this program on April 9, 2006 and added cardio (stepper and walking) and fruits and veggies. My weakness is that I like foods high in fat and don't eat enough veggies and fruit. But, I am working on it.

Personal Information:
I live just north of Baltimore Maryland, am 52, am engaged but want to be able to marry in a size 12 dress, have one son aged 16. I am in basixally good health- I just want to make it better or keep it like that.

Other Information:
There is an old Rare Earth song "Get Ready" where this music goes on solidly for 21 minutes. The drummer is awesome, he just keeps on keeping on.

Hi Dr. Oz Show Fan, for tracking in Pedal-Pusher's walk, you can post daily or you can copy and past the example started by Debbie Day on the thread. Enjoy your walks. Dr. Oz mentioned them again on the show today as a way to help prevent memory loss, body movement and walking is a great way to do that. emoticon
