How's it going? Okay here. I have tracked for the day & ended with calories to spare.
For tracking 100% for 2 days ... I'm also ready for Wednesday - tracked it too.
I didn't get many miles in today but that's okay. I still got in almost 2 so I'm going with it. Some days will be like that and I can't make this about "perfection" because then I'll quit! Each step forward is a step going in the right direction!
The only thing is I really prefer to walk when it is just the 3 of us, not running into other people or dogs. I just took them about and it was cold but not so icy where we are. I may give it a shot like yesterday and turn back if I feel I should. Crazy thing is that after 5 years, it is just a strong route too :) 11 days ago
