My Goals:
My goals is to loose weight gradually until i feel comfortable with myself and have enough energy to play with my kids.

I am breaking my ticker up to each 10% weight loss

My Program:
I will be doing spark people , sleeping 8 hours a day or try to, drink atleast 8 glasses of water or more, and exercise each day. Try to loose my 1% each week.

Personal Information:
I am orginally from Syndey, Australia but then i got married and live with my husband and children in The Netherlands, on the other side of the world to my home country. I have been here for almost 4 years now.

Other Information:
I am married and a young mother of 3. My children are my everything, they come first in my life.
