SMALLER, FITTER BOD

I already exercise a lot, at the gym, water aerobics, and dancing. My problem is not so much food portions, but 2nd helpings at dinner, and eating snacks when I'm hungry and waiting for dinner to cook, or late at night when I've had dinner too early or feel like I didn't fill up at dinner. After analyzing how many calories I'd save per day by eliminating ice cream and potato chips as snacks, I know I could reach my goal in the time I'd like too. My problem is motivation!
