A New Year - A New Start!!!!!!
2008 saw a loss of approximately 15 lbs (it was over 20 lbs, then Christmas came and some damage was done), considering I started at the end of July 2008, this was a very good start.
2009 will be the year I strive to reach my weight loss goal. To accomplish this goal, I will focus on increasing my exercise, look at adding variety to my exercise routines, and eat healthy following the Weight Watchers program. I have decided to break this year into four, and set small obtainable goals to reach, that all work towards my end result.
The first quarter goal is:
1) Attend Curves - 3 times per week
2) Follow my exercise plan on my Wii My Fitness Coach program
3) Register and participate in a Learn to Run program, and will run the 10KM Vancouver Sun Run, this coming April 2009
My goal is to reach my WW weight by the end of 2009.
I also, plan to become more active and make exercise a daily part of my life.
UPDATE: Starting in February 2009 I will be training for a 10km Run in April 2009
I have joined WW for the third time, and plan to stick with the program this time until I reach my goal, and life time member. Currently, following the FLEX program as i find counting points easier.
UPDATE: Will be looking to incorporate WW new program into my diet, and have switched to their online program, as it's less expensive, and the money that I save will be put towards my fitness - such as registration fee into a Learn 2 Run program starting in February.

Would be interested in getting a group together of Sparkpeople interested in meeting once or twice a month to do some kind of exercise together - for example a walk, play a game of bowling, or ? Open for suggestions. Would be nice to find a group of Sparkpeople friends, in my area.
