Starting Over... Heavier than before!

Hi, I'm a stay at home mom of two girls. I'm in my upper-30's. I take care of my 85 year-old live-in grandmother who has Alzheimers and heart problems. I've been over-weight since before I got married in my mid-20's.

I started this journey more than a year ago at 155. I was doing good. I had lost 15 pounds. I did it mostly by walking. Well, I got lazier and started putting other things in the way. One excuse after another seemed to be okay. THEN... I went to the doctor to see about ...

Now, I hate the scale and haven't weighed myself in quite some time. They put me down for 158! Yep, that's 3 pounds more than what I was at when I started this whole thing. I really need to get back on track.
